I offer massage therapy and electro-lymphatic therapy.
My work serves anyone who has pain, discomfort or disfunction of soft tissues due to injury, trauma, disease resulting in adhered or fibrotic tissues, even decades old.
My gift is my desire and ability to focus on restrictions in the fascia of the body along with genuine empathy and energetic healing focus.
I am an avid gardener of food and medicinal plants, try to hike in the woods daily (with a dog whenever possible). I came to the Pacific Northwest in the mid eighties, and became an LMT in 1987. While working at a raw food retreat in Sedro Woolley I was introduced to Myofascial Release in 2006 and have made it my focus since then.
I graduated from Seattle Massage School in 1987. Continuing education over the years has included many modalities. My study of and fascination with the fascial system is ongoing.
