Dr. Jeannette Daneals Tummy Temple Seattle

My life work is to inspire others to love being in their body again and to remind them of the intelligence of it!

Kids don’t think about their body, but they really, really use it. They play with it. They challenge it. They are really in it. On the contrary, adults are constantly thinking about their bodies but don’t use them as often.

My goal is to get adults back into their bodies and using them by increasing vitality. The modalities I use are often described as a “boost”. I’m either boosting your hormones, your immune system and/or your nutrient levels.

The objective is to feel more vital so you can live a life with appetite again. Because I believe the way you live your life is THE medicine, what I do is simply provide you with the nourishment and hormonal supplementation to catalyze more energy on a cellular level so that you can more readily devour the medicine that is all around you every day.

I often hear patients say, “My body hates me right now.”

I am here to remind you that despite the fatigue or the pain, your body is always rallying for you. Its default is health. It is never against you. It loves you.

I assert that the body is the most intelligent machine ever created.

I defer to the it’s wisdom and fierce tenacity to adapt to the environment.

It’s adaptation to the input it receives, is what many others call disease or sickness. I call them messages.

The body responds perfectly to imperfect environments. Even in autoimmune conditions, it’s responding as it should to seeing proteins in the blood where they should not be. As we remember the brilliance of the body, and have grace for its healing process, we begin to love it again.

It is my mission to encourage faith in the human machine again.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to being of service.

When I need to escape, it is the heat of the sun I chase like a lovesick girl. I worship the sun and a sandy beach.
