Chi Nei Tsang – (pronounced chee-nay-song) originated in Taoist China and is a holistic approach to massage therapy integrating work that addresses the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of oneself. The words Chi Nei Tsang literally mean “working with the energy of the internal organs” or “internal organs chi transformation”. Chi Nei Tsang also utilizes the principles of Chi-Kung chi cultivation exercises through movement and meditation – and is sometimes considered achibodyz form of “applied Chi-Kung”.
