About Me
My work is dedicated to supporting all individuals who would like to optimize their health and achieve overall wellness. I specialize in intravenous medicine, women’s health, pelvic floor dysfunction, craniosacral therapy, hormonal imbalances, thyroid function optimization, detoxification, and the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders.
My unique strength lies in my deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and empowering individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being.
What Led Me to Work in Natural Medicine?
I grew up on a small farm in Olympia, where I developed a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. My journey into health and wellness began during my undergraduate studies in Food Science and Nutrition at Central Washington University. While working as a Nutritionist, I discovered naturopathic medicine and witnessed the transformative power of natural therapies, inspiring me to pursue it further.
I went on to earn a Master’s in Nutrition and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Along the way, I explored body mechanics, earning certifications in Cranial Sacral Therapy and completing a mentorship in Pelvic Floor Therapy. My focus areas included hormone therapy, massage, nutrition, and gastrointestinal health.
After graduation, I deepened my expertise through mentorships in IV therapies, ozone treatments, and regenerative joint injections. Now, returning to my Pacific Northwest roots, I’m thrilled to be part of the passionate team at Tummy Temple, where I’m dedicated to supporting patients on their wellness journeys.
