Wondering if Hormone Therapy Could Help You?
If you’re tired, moody, gaining weight, or just not feeling like yourself lately — your hormones might be out of balance. Hormonal shifts can happen gradually, and often go undetected by routine medical checkups. But their effects can be frustrating: low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, irritability, loss of libido, and more.
Whether you’re a woman struggling with the transition into perimenopause or menopause, or a man noticing the signs of low testosterone, this initial consultation is your starting point.
What to Expect During Your Consultation
This 30-minute session is designed to understand your unique symptoms, history, and goals. You’ll meet with a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who specializes in hormone optimization. Together, you’ll explore whether hormone therapy may be appropriate — and what next steps make sense for you.
Your doctor may recommend hormone testing through bloodwork or a take-home kit, depending on your situation. Once your lab results are in, your provider will review them to begin outlining a personalized treatment plan before scheduling your follow-up visit.
If hormone therapy is indicated, that follow-up may be the start of your treatment (pellets, creams, injections, or supplements). If not, we’ll discuss other holistic options to address your symptoms and support your health.
When to Consider This Consultation
This service is for adults who are specifically interested in bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT or TRT). It’s not a general naturopathic visit.
Consider scheduling if you’re experiencing any of the following:
Persistent fatigue
Low mood or increased irritability
Poor sleep or insomnia
Weight gain, especially around the belly
Low libido or sexual dissatisfaction
Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
Hot flashes or night sweats (for women)
Loss of muscle mass or strength (for men)
A Personalized Approach to Hormone Health
At Tummy Temple, we believe that hormone therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We take a thoughtful, naturopathic approach — starting with this consult — to make sure that any treatment plan fits your unique physiology and life goals.
