Ah, travel. It holds the appeal of new and old connections, business networking, fresh perspectives, diverse cultures, different foods, adventures, relaxation.
Not-so-great is the constipation, long flights, jet-lag, indigestion, parasites, diarrhea and general flurry that often dampen the experience.

In the Ayurvedic tradition, we’re entering the breezy season of Vata, ruled by the elements of Air and Ether.
