Well, even if you don’t hate to cook, maybe it’s difficult to find the time for it amidst all the hustle and bustle.
According to Chinese Medicine, September is an ideal time to focus on food as we pass into Earth Element season. Nature is inviting us to harmonize our relationship with resources and nourishment. It becomes clear that digestion is as important within our mind and spirit as it is within our bellies.
Have fast food, grab-and-go snacks, restaurants, pricey deli counters, eating in the car, or even skipping meals altogether become more of a routine than an exception? While these may seem convenient, our bodies AND our budgets could be due for a sustainable shift into healthier territory.
