I have an ability to attune well to the body, sensing sources of restrictions or blocks that can then be released through gentle application of manual therapy.
I was led into this work through my own health crisis back in the mid-2000s. Since then, I have sought understanding of the forces at play in health and healing while also learning and developing various skills to support the body and spirit in coming into vitality and wholeness. Healing encompasses much more than the physical body, though our sense of health is often centered in our physical experience.
